Intracoastal Realty Corporation has always believed that it is important to be involved in the community it serves by donating their time, money and resources to the area's civic organizations.  Some of these charitable organizations include: Junior Achievement, the American Heart Association, Beach2Battleship and the Teacher's Fund. The Intracoastal Realty Teachers Fund was launched in 2005 as a nonprofit organization awarding grants to teachers to buy books, supplies, art materials or other educational tools.  Teachers may apply for a grant at www.intracoastalrealty.com and click on the Teacher's Fund icon.  A committee meets monthly to distribute the funds.  A portion of each agent's closing goes to this fund.  As of January, 2009, the fund has awarded more than $165,000 in 683 grants.  Anyone can donate to this fund.
